Hot Meals  – Congregate Meal Sites (full list of locations listed below)

Meals are prepared by Masterson’s Catering in Louisville, Kentucky, and carefully planned by a Registered Dietitian to meet 1/3 of the recommended daily allowances established by the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. Meals are planned to ensure low salt, fat and sugar. A typical meal will consist of meat, vegetable, low-sugar dessert, soft whole grain bread and 1% milk. The current Hot Meal menu (served at our Congregate Meal Sites) can be viewed by clicking on the link above.

Homebound Meal choices include Regular, Diabetic, Soft Foods and Breakfast boxes. Deliveries are made weekly; boxes include 7 complete meals.  Holidays and weekend meal needs are met with the weekly delivery.

We appreciate a donation toward the meal. The suggested donation is $2.50 per meal. Envelopes are provided with the homebound meals and participants can choose to donate daily, weekly or monthly. Each Nutrition Site has a donation box and envelopes for your giving convenience.  Donations can remain anonymous.
