Vision Statement

LifeSpan Resources’ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee is devoted to fostering and maintaining a work environment that is considerate and respectful of all individuals. The Committee will coordinate opportunities for understanding through training initiatives, policy development, hiring initiatives, employee recognition, and team activities. We are also committed to an equitable and inclusive relationship with the community and those we serve. We strive to understand diverse cultures and reach out to marginalized communities to ensure equitable resources are available for all people regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or identity.
