Services to be funded under the Older Americans Act include Nutrition Services, Preventive Health, Legal Services, Caregiver Support, Ombudsman and Transportation. MEREDITH LAMBE NAMED CEO OF LIFESPAN RESOURCES
Meredith Lambe from Louisville has been named Chief Operating Officer (CEO) of LifeSpan Resources, the state designated area agency on aging for Clark, Floyd, Harrison, and Scott counties, effective January 6, 2025. PathWays for Aging is a new managed care program for Indiana Medicaid members who are 60 years of age and older. It is set to begin on July 1, 2024.
LifeSpan Resources will be providing Service Coordination for those currently on the Aged and Disabled Medicaid Waiver who will be transitioning to the new PathWays for Aging program. Case managers will be providing our clients with additional information about the program in the coming weeks (Click here for more information)
